CWha)'eifi X, in July, 1998, in honor of the 10th Anniversary of the Edmonds/Hekinan Sister City relationship and
of the 5011 Anniversary of the City of Hekinan, a delegation from Edmonds was invited to participate
in Flekinan's celebration activities, and the warm, generous hospitality of the people of Hekinan and
the exchange of art and cultural traditions was an extraordinary experience; and
