�uul has served as Council President from January to December 2004 and during
his tenure as President has overseen, with aplomb, many long Council meetings with very
complicated and sensitive issues, and
W. §Ind has served as a member of the Council since 1998 and makes it a number one
priority to respond to citizens' questions and concerns while being attentive to each individual
issue, and
(&m4 ci&z&m6-,y- §&*W has, and continues, to serve tirelessly on numerous Committees as a
Councilmember, and

Commission and then making sure that the City of Edmonds was recognized by the Washington
State Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation and Governor's Advisory Council on
Historic Preservation as a Certified Local Government;
