A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, INCREASING FIRE
DEPARTMENT APPROPRIATIONS BY $8,000 AND
TRANSFERRING THE BALANCE OF THE 1994 ENDING
CASH BALANCE FROM GENERAL FUND #001 TO
COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUND #119.
WHEREAS, Fire Captain William Angel recently retired due to a permanent
WHEREAS, in order to pay for his accumulated benefits as Fire Captain the City
Council desires to increase Fire Department appropriations by $8,000, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to transfer the balance of the 1994 ending
cash balance from General Fund #001 to the Council Contingency Fund #119, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Due to the permanent disability retirement of Fire Captain William
Angel, the City Council desires to increase Fire Department appropriations by $8,000 and
transfer the 1994 ending cash balance of $71,510 from General Fund #001 to Council
Contingency Fund #119.
RESOLVED this 21stday of February 1995 .
