1. CALL TO ORDER/CONVENE IN JURY MEETING ROOM
At 6:30 p.m., the City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Earling in the
Council Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING OR POTENTIAL LITIGATION
PER RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)
The Council then adjourned to the Jury Meeting Room to discuss pending or potential litigation
per RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 30 minutes.
MEETING EXTENSION
At 7:00 p.m., the Mayor announced that the executive session would be extended for 15 minutes,
until 7:15 p.m.
