RESOLUTION NO. 804
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, APPROVING RATE
ADJUSTMENT PROPOSED PURSUANT TO FCC FORM 1210
AS PREPARED BY EDMONDS CABLE COMPANY, DOING
BUSINESS AS CHAMBERS CABLE OF EDMONDS, FOR THE
PERIOD APRIL 1, 1994, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1994.
WHEREAS, City of Edmonds has directed its franchisee, Edmonds Cable
Company, d /b /a Chambers Cable of Edmonds, to submit information pursuant to FCC Form
1210, and
WHEREAS, City Council has held a public hearing and has determined that the
rate adjustments proposed are in conformance with FCC regulations, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The rate adjustments proposed pursuant to FCC Form 1210, a copy
of which is attached by this reference and incorporated as fully as if herein set forth by the
City's cable franchisee, Edmonds Cable Company, d /b /a Chambers Cable of Edmonds, are
hereby approved.
