A RESOLUTION COMMENDING LEE WILLEIKSEN
WHEREAS, Lee Willeiksen was hired April 22, 1968, as a Maintenance Worker in the City
of Edmonds Water Division, and is now retiring from. the City; and
WHEREAS, During his twenty -five years of service, Lee has competently served the water
customers of this City, assisting them with a friendly helpful attitude; and
WHEREAS, Lee was instrumental in helping the City standardize its water meters and in
setting up the meter testing and repair program, which has provided the City
with long term cost savings, and
WHEREAS, Lee has been a valuable source of technical information which he has passed
on to the next generation of water division employees, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Lee Willeiksen, Maintenance Worker for
the City of Edmonds Water Division, is hereby publicly commended and
thanked on behalf of the citizens of Edmonds for his long and distinguished
service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Council extend their best
wishes to Lee for success and happiness in his retirement.
