1. CALL TO ORDER/CONVENE IN JURY MEETING ROOM
At 6:15 p.m., the City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Earling in the
Council Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING OR POTENTIAL LITIGATION
PER RCW 42.30.11 0(l)(1)
The City Council then adjourned to the Jury Meeting Room to discuss pending or potential
litigation. The executive session concluded at 6:27 p.m.
3. CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS FOR APPOINTMENT TO A CITY BOARD OR
COMMISSION
At 6:30 p.m., the Council interviewed Jeff Hodson, a candidate for the Edmonds Salary
Commission, followed by Sarah Mixson, a candidate for the Diversity Commission. These
interviews were held in the Jury Meeting Room and were open to the public.
