A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS AND NOTICE OF HEARING FOR THE
VACATION OF THE UNOPENED PORTION OF THE 184TH STREET SOUTHWEST
RIGHT -OF -WAY LYING WEST OF OLYMPIC VIEW DRIVE, AND SOUTH OF
APPROXIMATELY 7704 OLYMPIC VIEW DRIVE, (FILE NO. ST- 92 -38).
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City of Edmonds
signed by an owner of interest in real property representing more
than two - thirds of the property abutting upon the hereinafter
described portions of 184th Street Southwest.
WHEREAS, it appears that the public interest of the City of
Edmonds, Washington, would be served by holding a public hearing
to consider the vacation of said portion of 184th Street
Southwest.
WHEREAS, the petition for vacation has been certified by the
City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Edmonds:
1) That a public hearing be held to consider whether the
public interest and general welfare of the City of Edmonds will
be served by the vacation of 184th Street Southwest, situate in
Edmonds, Snohomish County, Washington, and described as follows:
Unopened portion of 184th Street Southwest, Edmonds,
adjoining Lots 9 and 10 of Block 1, Admiralty Acres, Vol. 12,
page 48, Snohomish County Records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND NOTICE OF HEARING:
2) That said public hearing will be held before the Edmonds
City Council in its chambers in the Plaza Room of the Edmonds
Public Library on June 2nd, 1992, at 7:00 P.M.
PASSED by majority vote of the Edmonds City Council in
regular, open meeting on the 5th day of May ,
1992
