RESOLUTION NO. 754
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE SNOHOMISH
COUNTY MODERATE RISK WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, RCW 70.105.220 requires each local government or
combination of contiguous local governments to prepare Local
Moderate Risk Waste Management Plans based on the state guidelines,
and,
WHEREAS, the
City of
Edmonds
has agreed to participate in
the preparation of a
joint
City -
County Moderate Risk Waste
Management Plan, and,
WHEREAS, the Snohomish County Local Moderate Risk Waste
Management Plan must be submitted to the Washington State
Department of Ecology with Resolutions of Plan Adoption by the
Cities, Towns and County which are jointly preparing the Local
Hazardous Waste Management Plan, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The- City of Edmonds does hereby adopt the
1992 Snohomish County Moderate Risk Waste Management Plan.
