RESOLUTION NO. 712
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, APPOINTING AND
AUTHORIZING WALLACE C. TRIBUZIO, ASSISTANT
POLICE CHIEF OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS POLICE
DEPARTMENT, AS THE APPROPRIATE OFFICIAL TO
ACCEPT TITLE TO FORFEITED PROPERTY AND TO
RECEIVE TRANSFERRED DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO.
WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Justice requires
authorization of an official within the City of Edmonds to accept
transfer of federally forfeited property.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF - EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Wallace C. Tribuzio, Assistant Chief of the
Police Department of the City of Edmonds is hereby authorized to
accept delivery of property and /or transfer documents relating to
federally forfeited property. In the absence of or inability of
Assistant Chief Tribuzio to accept delivery of the property
and /or transfer documents, Assistant Chief Robin Hickok is hereby.
authorized to accept transfer.
