RESOLUTION NO. 703
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE
PROVISION OF AN INTEREST FREE LOAN OF $9,000
FROM THE GENERAL ,FUND NUMBER 001 TO EDMONDS
CENTENNIAL FUND NUMBER 625 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE
ADVANCE FUNDING FOR CENTENNIAL
EVENTS /ACTIVITIES.
WHEREAS, funds have been budgeted in fund number 625 to
provide for activities associated with the Edmonds Centennial;
WHEREAS, actual revenues from ticket sales and other
sources have not yet been accumulated sufficient to provide the
budgeted funding but can reasonably be anticipated to be received
by year end; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to make an interest
free loan from the general fund in order to anticipate such
revenues and to provide for repayment prior to year end.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Administrative Services Director is
hereby authorized to effectuate an interfund loan of $9,000 from
the General Fund Number 001 to the Edmonds Centennial Fund Number
625. Such loan shall be interest free and shall be repaid on or

through Edmonds Centennial events.
