A RESOLUTION OF THE EDMONDS CITY COUNCIL
COMMENDING�ARCHIE BRENA
WHEREAS;."' Archie Brena was hired June 17,1968 as a maintenamce person for the Water
Department, promoted to, Water %Sewer•Foreman October -10, '1981, and finally
promoted to Water /Sew6i Supervisor on December •22;.1981;
WHEREAS; • during his employment, the Cityhas seen•extensive growth, muriieipal utilities 1�
significantly increased and supervision of the water and sewer systems was'of major
r importance; and
WHEREAS, :Archie Brena retires from the City'of Edmonds with avast knowledge of,the,mtricate
and technical workings of tfieiutility System; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that'Arclne'Brena, Water /Sewer Supervisor for the City of -

Edmonds, is hereby publicly comm6ided and thanked oa behalf of the citizens of
Edmonds for lus long and distinguished service.
