1. CALL TO ORDER/CONVENE IN JURY MEETING ROOM
At 6:15 p.m., the City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Earling in the Council
Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PER RCW
42.30.140(1)(A) AND A PERSONNEL MATTER PER RCW 42.30.110(1)(G)
The City Council then adjourned to the Jury Meeting Room to discuss collective bargaining and a
personnel matter. The executive session concluded at 7:02 p.m.
