Resolution 684fi 0006.09073 WSS /klt 03/29/89 RESOLUTION NO. • 1 I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL OF LID 210, BY THE SEGREGATION OF THE ASSESSMENT AGAINST PARCELS 079 and 080. WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds has confirmed the final assessment roll of LID 210, and WHEREAS, the owner of Parcel 079 of said LID has subdivided said parcel into seven lots with open space through a subdivision known as Meadowdale Ridge, approved by the City as a preliminary plat on August 10, 1988, and WHEREAS, the owner of Parcel 080 consisting of Tracts 48, 51 and 70, Meadowdale Beach, has aggregated said parcels and replatted them as Lots 1, 2 and 3 by short subdivision dated May 12, 1988, . WHEREAS, the owners of said parcels have applied to the City for the segregation of the parcels into seven and three parcels, respectively, further described on said Exhibit A, along with the current assessments of said original parcels into ten assessments, and WHEREAS, the subdivisions have occurred following the date of preparation of the final assessment roll, and the Council finds that it is appropriate to require, as a condition of the order of segregation that the applicant pay to the City all reasonable engineering and clerical costs incident to making these segregations, and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that such segregation will not impair the security of the loan for such assessment, nor reduces the security for any outstanding local improvement district obligations payable therefore; NOW, THEREFORE, WSS51265R -1- THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes and orders the City Clerk and Administrative Services Director to segregate on the final assessment roll of LID 210 the assessments levied against parcels 079 and 080 into 7 and 3 equal assess- ments, respectively, in accordance with the schedule shown on attached Exhibit A. No assessment is levied with respect to the open space lot, No. 100 of Meadowdale Ridge. The reasonable engineering and clerical costs of said segregation are - 0- and shall be paid by the applicant, Metco Construction, Inc., prior to actual segregation by the Administrative Services Director. Section 2. In all other respects, the final assessment role of LID 210, as previously amended, is hereby confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect.
