A RESOLUTION COMMENDING CHIEF LOREN WATSON
Whereas, the City of Edmonds and the City of Mountlake Terrace have
long enjoyed a friendly and cooperative relationship in our
communities; and
Whereas, Chief Loren Watson has devoted 30 years as Chief of Police
of the City of Mountlake Terrace and has been known as a
dedicated, highly competent, and committed law enforcement
officer throughout the region; and
Whereas, Chief Watson served faithfully and diligently for ten years
as Chairman of the SNOCOM Budget Committee and thereby
served the citizens of Edmonds indirectly;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved this day that the citizens of Edmonds,
the Mayor and the City Council wish to thank Chief Watson
publicly and commend him for his many years of public
service.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 1987
