RESOLUTION NO. 638
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING THE DATE,
TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 212 BEFORE ITS HEARING EXAMINER
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for local improvements in
connection with Local Improvement District No. 212 has been
prepared and filed with the City Clerk as provided by law, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The date, time and place for a public
hearing to be held in accordance with Chapter 3.40 of the Edmonds
City Code before the City's duly appointed Hearing Examiner to
consider recommendations, objections and other comments in
connection with confirming the final assessment roll for Local
Improvement District No. 212 shall be the 24th day of April,
1986, at 7:00 p.m. in the Plaza Meeting Room, Public Library
Building, 650 Main Street, Edmonds, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall cause appropriate
notices to be published and mailed to affected property owners
pursuant to section 35.44.090 of the Revised Code of Washington
