A RESOLUTION COMMENDING DR. CLARIS HYATT
Whereas, the quality of life in any community is related to the many
contributions of its citizens; and
Whereas, Dr. Claris Hyatt has devoted 16 years as Public Health Officer of
the Snohomish Health District, which serves 19 cities in
Snohomish County, including Edmonds; and
Whereas, Dr. Hyatt and the Health District have served faithfully and
diligently in responding to the health needs of the city of
Edmonds and have lead in the education of our citizenry to a
better health awareness.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved this day that the citizens of Edmonds, the
Mayor and the City Council wish to thank her for her years of
service and now wish her well in her years of retirement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day_of June, 1986.
