RESOLUTION NO. 7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING THE DATE, TIME AND
PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FINAL ASSESS-
MENT ROLL FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.212
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for local improvements in
connection with Local Improvement District No. 212 has been
prepared and filed with the City Clerk as provided by law, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is in receipt of the
recommendation of its Hearing Examiner with regard to the final
assessment roll.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The date, time and place for a public
hearing to be held to consider the recommendations of its hearing
examiner and the objections and other comments of affected
persons in connection with confirming the final assessment roll
for Local Improvement District No. 212 shall be the 5th day of
August, 1986, at 7:00 p.m. in the Plaza Meeting Room of the
Edmonds Public Library, Edmonds, Washington, before the City
Council, or as soon thereafter as the hearing may be heard.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall cause appropriate
notices to be published and mailed to affected property owners
pursuant to Section 35.44.090 of the Revised Code of Washington.
