RESOLUTION NO. 13
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, APPOINTING COUNCIL'S
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE SNOHOMISH COUNTY PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT AREA CORPORATION BOARD OF
DIRECTORS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby appoints Jo -Anne
Jaech to be its representative to the Snohomish County Public
Transportation Benefit Area Corporation Board of Directors, such
appointment to continue until such time as the Council shall make
a new appointment.
Section 2. The City Council hereby appoints William
Kasper as an alternate to said Board to serve in Ms. Jaech's
stead in the event that she is unable or unwilling to serve..
Said appointment shall continue until such time as the Council
shall make a new appointment.
