RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING A HEARING
DATE BEFORE ITS HEARING EXAMINER FOR THE
FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL OF LID NO. 210 FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS, DRAINS
AND RELATED WORK.
WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.070 provides for the use of Hearing
Examiner to hear the final assessment roll of a local improvement
district, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds has
approved such use of its hearing examiner to conduct said
hearings, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That in conformance of RCW, Section 35.44.070, the
City Council of the City of Edmonds hereby fixes.April 25, 1985,
as.the hearing date before its hearing examiner on the Final
Assessment Roll of LID No. 210.
2. City Clerk of the City of Edmonds is hereby
instructed to prepare and publish a notice of said hearing
designating 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 25, 1985 and the Plaza
Meeting Room of the Edmonds Library as the time and place of said
hearing.
