RESOLUTION NO. 618
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING
FOR JUNE 4, 1985 REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
A ZONING MORATORIUM ON THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING
PERMITS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, ERECTION AND
MAINTENANCE OF SATELLITE DISH ANTENNAE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGOTN,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A public hearing is hereby set on June 4,
1985 at 7:00 P.M. or soon thereafter as this issue may be heard
in the City Council Chambers at the Plaza Meeting Room, the
Edmonds Public Library building in order that the public may be
heard regarding the establishment of a zoning moratorium on the
issuance of building permits for the construction, erection and
maintenance of satellite dish antennae.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to post
notice of this hearing in accordance with the provision of City
ordinance.
