RESOLUTION NO. 607
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
INITIATING THE VACATION OF AN EASEMENT LOCATED ON
CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF EDMONDS AND
SETTING A HEARING DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, has been requested to vacate a "perpetual easement
for the use of the public for road and utility purposes over the
south 30 feet" of a tract of land owned by Robert M. Coomer and
Sylvia E. Coomer and shown on attached Exhibit A hereto which is
incorporated by reference as fully as if herein set forth, and
WHEREAS, Section 20.70.020(A) of the Edmonds Community
Development Code requires review by the Hearing Examiner on such,
now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That certain property reserved for a
"perpetual easement for the use of the public for road and
utility purposes over the south 30 feet" of property described on
attached Exhibit A and incorporated by reference as fully as if
herein set forth be vacated by proceedings initiated by this
resolution pursuant to RCW 35.79.010 and Chapter 20.70 of the
Community Development Code, and that this proposal be referred to
the Hearing Examiner for review.
RESOLVED this 13 day of November , 1984.
