RESOLUTION NO. 541
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 486 AUTHORIZING THE TRAFFIC
ENGINEER TO CLOSE A CERTAIN PORTION OF
SKYLINE DRIVE FOR SLEDDING PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, on the basis of traffic study and engin-
eering, the Traffic Engineer has recommended that Skyline
Drive from the top of the hill to Highline Drive is suitable
for sledding, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Resolution No. 486 is here-
by amended by adding a new subsection (9) to read as follows:
9. Skyline Drive from top of hill to Highline
Drive.
Section 2. Except as herein provided, Resolution No.
486 shall remain in full force and affect and is not otherwise
affected.
RESOLVED this 11 day of January, 1983.
