RESOLUTION NO. 555
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, TRANSFERRING THE AMOUNT OF
$9,641.00 FROM THE COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUND
NO. 119 TO THE GENERAL FUND FUND NO. 001,
DEPARTMENT NO. 230 , FOR THE PURPOSE OF
FUNDING THE PERSONNEL SECRETARY POSITION
THROUGH 1983.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, finds that it is necessary to fund the personnel
secretary position through the remainder of 1983 and that
this expenditure could not reasonably have been foreseen at
the time of passage of the 1983 budget, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum of $9,641.00 is hereby
transferred from the Council Contingency Fund No. 119 to the
General Fund No. 112, Department No. 230 for the.purpose of
funding the personnel secretary position through 1983.
Section 2. The Finance Director is hereby authorized
to take all necessary steps in order to effectuate the
transfer pursuant to this resolution.
