RESOLUTION N0. 557
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHING-
TON, AMENDING THE SIX -YEAR TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION
NO. 530 BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON JULY 6, 1982
TO ADD CERTAIN TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT
PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution No. 530
on July 6, 1982, adopting the Six -Year Transportation Program
for the years 1983 through 1989, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to add certain transporta-
tion projects to said program for construction in 1983, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on said
amendment to the 1983 - 1989 Six -Year Transportation
Improvement Program, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds there will be no
significant adverse environmental impact,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Edmonds, Washington, that the Six -Year Transpor-
tation Program as adopted by Resolution No. 530 by the City
Council on July 6, 1982, and as amended as set forth on
Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, be and
the same is hereby adopted as the Six -Year Transportation
Improvement Program for 1983 through 1989; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution
together with the Exhibit attached hereto shall be filed with
the Director of Highways and the Urban Arterial Board for the
State of Washington.
