RESOLUTION NO. 561
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, ADOPTING AN EMPLOYEE DEFERRED
COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City desires to afford its employees the
opportunity to defer income pursuant to Section 457 of the
Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The attached document entitled "Deferred Compensation
Plan" is hereby adopted for the benefit of City employees as
an "eligible plan" pursuant to Section 457 of the Internal
Revenue Code.
