A RESOLUTION OF THE EDMONDS CITY COUNCIL
THANKING JEFF PALMER FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE CITY COUNCIL AS
COUNCIL PRESIDENT
.WHEREAS, JEFF PALMER was elected by the City Council to serve as City
Council-President from January 8, 1991 through July•23, 1991; and
January 7,-1992.through December 31, 1992;
WHEREAS, The EDMONDS CITY•COUNCIL recognizes and appreciates •the ongoing
leadership Council President Palmer brings to the City.Councii;
WHEREAS, Council President Palmer admirably served as Council President; as
highlighted by his efforts in protecting and enhancing the fiscal
integrity of the'City of Edmonds through economically challenging
times "as well as maintaining a united and positive relationship
with fellow Councilmembers; -
NOW THEREFORE, the Edmonds City'Council hereby resolves that JEFF PALMER be
commended for his efforts as Council President and looks forward
to his continued participation as Councilmember.
