RESOLUTION NO. 525
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, TRANSFERRING
THE AMOUNT OF $7,333.00 FROM THE COUNCIL
CONTINGENCY FUND NO. 119 TO THE GENERAL
FUND NO. 001, DEPARTMENT NO. 910 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF FUNDING A PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT CLERK /TYPIST.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is necessary
to fund the Parks and Recreation Department's clerk /typist
position for the balance of 1982, and
WHEREAS, the expenditure could not reasonably have
been foreseen at the time of passage of the 1982 budget, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum of $7,333.00 is hereby trans-
ferred from the Council Contingency Fund No. 119 to the
General Fund No. 001, Department 910 for the purpose of fund-
ing the Parks and Recreation Department's clerk /typist posi-
tion for the remainder of 1982.
Section 2. The Finance Director is hereby autho-
rized to take all necessary steps in order to effectuate the
transfer, pursuant to this resolution.
