RESOLUTION NO. 531
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH -
.INGTON, INITIATING THE VACATION OF A STREET
RIGHT -OF -WAY LOCATED ON CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN THE CITY OF EDMONDS AND SETTING A
HEARING DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, proposes to vacate certain property for street
purposes, located in the City of Edmonds, County of
Snohomish, State of Washington, being a portion of alley
located between Sprague Street and Daley Street from 7th
Avenue to 8th Avenue, more particularly described as set
forth on Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and incorporated .
by this reference herein as if set forth in full, and
WHEREAS, the law requires a public hearing on such
proposal and that the date of such hearing be fixed by
resolution, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES:
That certain property dedicated for street purposes,
located in the City of Edmonds, Washington, and being a por-
tion of right -of -way located between Sprague Street and Daley
Street from 7th Avenue to 8th Avenue, more particularly
described as set forth on Exhibits A and B attached hereto
and incorporated by this reference, be vacated by.proceedings
initiated by this resolution pursuant to RCW 35.79.010, and
that Tuesday, the 5th day of October, 1982, at the hour of
7:30 p.m. at the Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington,
shall be fixed as the time and place for the hearing and
determination by the City Council of said proposed vacation.
