RESOLUTION NO. 536
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING A HEARING DATE
TO CONSIDER A STREET VACATION, PLANNING
DEPARTMENT FILE NO. ST -3 -82.
WHEREAS, a petition signed by the owners of more
than two - thirds of the property abutting upon property
dedicated for street purposes located in the City of Edmonds,
Washington, being a portion of right -of -way located on
Olympic View Drive between Euclid Avenue and vacated Lake
Avenue, and more particularly described as set forth on
Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated in full by this
reference, was filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Edmonds for the vacation of the above described property who
has returned a certification of sufficiency, and which has
been reviewed in public hearing by the Edmonds Hearing
Examiner, and
WHEREAS, State law requires a public hearing on such
proposal and that the date of such hearing be set by
resolution, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES that Tuesday, the 16th day of November, 1982,
at the hour of 7:30 p. m. at the Library Plaza Meeting Room ,
Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place for
the hearing and determination by the City Council of said
petition.

COMMENCING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTERLINE OF THIRD
STREET (OLYMPIC VIEW DRIVE) AND THE SOUTHEASTERLY EXTENgION
OF THE CENTERLINE OF LAKE AVENUE (VACATED); THENCE N.51 26'W.,
