A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING THE EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES TO OFFSET
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE EXPENSES AS WELL AS TO
PROVIDE FOR DEPRECIATION RESERVES FOR THE FISCAL.
YEAR 1983.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3.05.070, the
City Council must establish reasonable rental charges
sufficient to cover the maintenance, operation and
replacement of municipal vehicles and equipment, and
WHEREAS, the following schedule of rental
charges reflects the current and foreseeable needs of
the Equipment Rental Fund, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby adopts the
attached schedule of equipment rental rates for fiscal
year 1983. Any equipment rental rate in conflict with
the rates established by this resolution are repealed.
Section.2. The rates adopted by this resolution
shall be effective on and after January 1, 1983 on all
