1. CALL TO ORDER/CONVENE IN JURY MEETING ROOM
At 6:15 p.m., the City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Earling in the Council
Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PER RCW
42.30.140(1)LA)
The City Council then adjourned to the Jury Meeting Room in executive session to discuss
collective bargaining. The executive session concluded at 6:35 p.m.
3. CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS FOR APPOINTMENT TO A CITY BOARD OR
COMMISSION
At 6:41 p.m., the Council interviewed Kelly Sawyer, a candidate for the Edmonds Cemetery
Board. This interview was held in the Jury Meeting Room and was open to the public.
