A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING A HEARING DATE TO
CONSIDER VACATION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, proposes to vacate certain.property presently
dedicated for street purposes and located in the City of
Edmonds, being a portion of right -of -way located along 175th
Street Southwest, west of 72nd Avenue West, and more par-
ticularly described as set forth on Exhibits "A" and "B ",
attached hereto and incorporated in full by this reference,
and
WHEREAS, State law requires a public hearing on
such proposal and that the date of such hearing be set by
resolution, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHING-
TON, HEREBY RESOLVES that Tuesday the 21st day of August,
1981, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. at the Edmonds Civic Center,
Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place
for the hearing and determination by the City Council of
said proposal to vacate.
