RESOLUTION NO. 502
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING A
HEARING DATE TO CONSIDER VACATION OF
RIGHT -OF -WAY.
WHEREAS, a petition.signed by the owners of more
than two - thirds of the property abutting upon property dedi-
cated for street.purposes, located in the City of Edmonds,
Washington, being a portion of alley right -of -way that is
located between Eight and Ninth Avenues North and between
Sprague and Edmonds Streets, and more particularly described
on Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated in full by
this reference, was filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Edmonds for the vacation of the above described property and
who has returned a certification of sufficiency, and
WHEREAS, the State law requires a hearing on such
petition and that the date of such hearing must be fixed by
Resolution of the City Council, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHING-
TON, HEREBY RESOLVES that Tuesday, the 4th day of August,
1981, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. at the Edmonds Civic Center,
Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place
for the hearing and determination by the City Council of
said petition.

the City of Edmonds, Snohomish County, 14ashington, described
as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 13, Block 80,
the City of Edmonds; thence East along the south lines of
Lots 13 thru 15 to the southeast corner of Lot 15, said
Block; thence south 15 feet, more or less, to the northeast
corner of Lot 24, said Block; thence west along the north
lines of Lots 24 thru 26 to the northwest corner of Lot 26,
