RESOLUTION NO. 512
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING A HEARING
DATE TO CONSIDER A STREET VACATION, PLANNING
DEPARTMENT FILE NO. ST- 10 -81.
WHEREAS, a petition signed by the owners of more
than two - thirds of the property abutting upon property
dedicated for street purposes, located in the City of
Edmonds, Washington, being a portion of right -of -way located
on Spruce Place, and more particularly described on Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and incorporated in full by this
reference, was filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Edmonds for the vacation of the above described property who
has returned a certification of sufficiency, and which has
been given Planning Department File designation ST- 10 -81, and
WHEREAS, the State law requires a hearing on such
petition and that the date of such hearing must be fixed by
Resolution of the City Council, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES.that Tuesday, the 15th day of December, 1981,
at the hour of 7:30 p.m. at the Edmonds Civic Center,
Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place for
the hearing and determination by the City Council of said
petition.

All that portion of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 3 East W.M., described as
follows: Commencing at a point 60.00 feet east of the northeast
corner of Block 5, Kellogg Plat of Edmonds, according to the plat
thereof recorded in volume 2 of Plats, page 42, records of
Snohomish County, Washington; thence south 37.33 feet to the point
of beginning; thence continuing south 25.00 feet; thence east 222.00
feet; thence north 25.00 feet to an intersection with a curve to
the right at which the radius point bears north 20.00 feet; thence
along the arc of said curve, an arc distance of 31.42 feet to the
terminus of said curve; thence west 20.00 feet to the intersection
with a curve to the right at which the radius point bears west 20.00
feet; thence along the arc of said curve, an arc distance of 31.42
feet to the terminus of said curve; thence west 162.00 feet to the
True Point of Beginning:
TOGETHER WITH an easement for utilities over, across and under a
strip of land 5.00 feet in width northerly of and adjacent to the
north line of the above - described public right -of -way.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was filed
with the City Clerk of the City of Edmonds, Washington,
for the vacation of a street in said City, being a portion
of Spruce Place, more particularly described as follows,
all situate in Snohomish County, Washington:

as if set forth in full
and that Tuesday, the 15th day of December, 1981, at the
hour of 7:30 p.m. at the Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds,
Washington, has been set as the date for hearing and deter-
mination of the vacation of the above described street.
