RESOLUTION NO. 458
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON SETTING A DATE FOR HEARING
ON FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR SID -1 -79 AND
DIRECTING PUBLICATION AND MAILING OF NOTICES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2077, passed by
the City Council on June 26, 1979, certain improvements were
ordered consisting of constructing concrete sidewalks and
retaining walls, and
WHEREAS, construction of the project has been com-
pleted'and the City Engineer has filed a final assessment
roll with the City Clerk as required by law, now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The hearing date for a public hearing
on the final assessment roll for SID -1 -79, which has been
on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby set for
February 19, 1980, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
mail notices of the above hearing to those persons whose
names appear in the County Treasurer's tax roll at the
address shown thereon as the owner or reputed owner of the
property shown on the final assessment roll and to publish the

notice for two consecutive weeks in the City's official news-
paper, as provided by law.
