RESOLUTION NO. 460
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING A HEARING DATE
TO CONSIDER VACATION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, proposes to vacate certain property presently dedi-
cated for street purposes and located in the .City of Edmonds,
being a portion of right -of -way located on 98th Avenue West
North of State Route 104, and more particularly described as set
forth on Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated in full by
this reference, and
WHEREAS, State law requires a.public hearing on such
proposal and that the date of such hearing be set by resolution,
now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES that Tuesday the 4th day of March, 1980, at the
hour of 8:00 p.m. at the Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington,
shall be fixed as the time and place for the hearing and deter-
mination by the City Council of said proposal to vacate.

EXHIBIT "A"
That portion of 98th Avenue west being 50 feet in width and
270 feet, more or less, in length, lying between the northerly
boundary of SR 104 and the southerly boundary of the plat of
Olympic View Estates No. 1, situate in Section 36, T27N, ME,
Snohomish County, Washington.
