A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING A HEARING DATE TO
CONSIDER VACATION.OF RIGHT -OF -WAY.
WHEREAS, a petition signed by the owners of more
than two - thirds of the property abutting upon property dedi-
cated for street purposes, located in the City of Edmonds,
Washington, being a portion of 6th Avenue south of Elm
Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit "A ",
attached hereto and incorporated in full by this reference,
was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Edmonds for the
vacation of the above described property and who has returned
a certification of sufficiency, and
WHEREAS, the State law requires a hearing on such
petition and that the date of such hearing must be fixed by
Resolution of the City Council, now,. therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHING-
TON, HEREBY RESOLVES that Tuesday, the 22nd day of April,
1980 at the hour of 8:00 p.m. at the Edmonds Civic Center,
Edmonds, Washington, .shall be fixed as the time and place
for the hearing and determination by the City Council of
said petition.
