RESOLUTION NO. 472
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING A HEARING DATE TO
CONSIDER VACATION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, proposes to vacate certain property presently
dedicated for street purposes and located in the City of
Edmonds, being a portion of right -of -way located east side
of 84th Avenue West, south of 202nd Street S.W., and more
particularly described as the west 30 feet of lot 7, east
Edmonds Acres No. 2, records of Snohomish County, Washing -
tion, and
WHEREAS, State law requires a public hearing on
such proposal and that the date of such hearing be set by
resolution, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES that Tuesday the 5th day of August, 1980,
at the hour of 8:00 p.m. at the Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds,
Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place for the
hearing and determination by the City Council of said pro -.
posal to vacate.
