A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
THE SUM OF $2,500.00 FROM THE COUNCIL CONTINGENCY
FUND NO. 119 TO FUND NO. 325 FOR THE PURPOSE OF
REHABILITATION OF THE EDMONDS MUSEUM.
WHEREAS, after the adoption of the 1979 Budget and
during certain rehabilitation work.authorized to commence in..
late 1978, it was discovered that an additional 1,250 lineal,
feet of brick repointing is required, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has already determined that
it is necessary for the public health, safety and general welfare
and in the best interest of the City and its citizens that the
museum be rehabilitated, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A transfer is hereby authorized of the
sum of $2,500.00 from Council Contingency Fund No. 119 to the
Capital Improvement Fund No. 325 for the purpose of providing

needed rehabilitation of the Edmonds Museum.
Section 2. The Finance Director is hereby authorized
to make.the foregoing transfer and all attendant line item adjust-
ments necessary to effectuate the purpose of this resolution.
