A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUND
NO. 119 TO GENERAL FUND DIVISION 730 FOR THE PUR-
POSE OF RELOCATING THE RECREATION DIVISION IN THE
EDMONDS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDING.
WHEREAS, at the time of formulation of the City budget for
1979 it could not be determined if the Edmonds Elementary School
building would be acquired, and
WHEREAS, as a result of such determination plans were not
formulated for the use of the building, and
WHEREAS, since the passage of the 1979 budget, the Edmonds
Elementary School building has been acquired and the City Council
has determined it to be in the best interest of the City to
relocate the Recreation Division in the Edmonds Elementary School
building, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum of Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy
Eight Dollars and Fifty Four Cents ($5,778.54) is hereby transferred
from Council Contingency Fund No. 119 to the General Fund No. 001,
Division 730, to pay for the costs of office equipment and remodeling
of office space,

Section 2.
The Finance Director is hereby authorized
and directed to take all necessary steps in order to effectuate
the transfer pursuant to Section 1 of this Resolution.
