Survey Program which zubstantia ty reduced the 4requency o4
home 4 tce�s in Edmonds and which hay been adopted by many
communitim throughout the nation bi i.nging honor and recogvi i.-
ti,o n to hi.ms ee6 and to our City; and
WHEREAS, duA.i.ng his empZo yment with the City Jack has se&ved the citizens
in many ac ti.vit i.e s and wotr th y causes and was etec ted by hiz
4ettow citizens and now seAve/s ass a member o� the Edmonds
Schoot Boa,%d; and
WHEREAS, Jack i,6 retvung 4rom 4utt-time emptoyment to enjoy mane
recAeationat oppohtunc tia and to woak 4or W chutcch white
continuing ass a resident o4 ouA community and a member o4
its School Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Edmonds City Council tuotvu that Jack F. CoopeA
