RESOLUTION NO. 443
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, SETTING A HEARING DATE
TO CONSIDER VACATION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, proposes to vacate certain property presently
dedicated for street purposes and located in the City of
Edmonds, being a portion of right -of -way located on 76th
Avenue West between 224th Street Southwest and the inter-
section of 76th Avenue West and Pacific Highway 99, and more
particularly described as set forth on Exhibit "A ",.attached
hereto and incorporated in full by this reference, and
WHEREAS, State law requires a public.hearing on
such proposal and that the date of such hearing be set by
resolution, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES that Tuesday the 17 day of July ,
1979, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. at the Edmonds Civic Center,
Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place
for the hearing and determination by the City Council of
said proposal to vacate.
