Resolution 453RESOLUTION NO. 453 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON ACCEPTING A DEDICATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AND RELATED PURPOSES. WHEREAS, it is desirable to provide public areas where citizens of the community can enjoy the amenities of the Edmonds Waterfront, and WHEREAS, Robert Pantley has offered to make a gift to the City of a portion of land which is adjacent to the existing City Beach, and WHEREAS, this land has been legally subdivided in the City of Edmonds and there is a finding of no significant adverse environmental impact from this action, now therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. To accept the dedication of land offered to the City by Robert Pantley as shown on Exhibit "A" and legally described in Exhibit "B ", both of which are attached hereto and incorporated in full by this reference. Section 2. This acceptance is to be effective upon receipt of a waiver of retroactivity from the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation or December 31, 1979, whichever first occurs.
