A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING A HEARING DATE
FOR THE CITY COUNCIL TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT
TO VACATE A PORTION OF THE TURN - AROUND ON 82ND
AVENUE WEST, SOUTH OF 200TH STREET SOUTHWEST.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, proposes to vacate certain property dedicated
for street purposes and located in the City of Edmonds,
Snohomish County, Washington, being a portion of the turn-
around on 82nd Avenue West, South of 200th Street Southwest,
and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto
and incorporated in full by this reference, and
WHEREAS, State law requires that the City Council
set by resolution a date for public hearing on such proposed
vacation, now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that on Tuesday, the �q
day of (A O l 1978, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., at
the Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, it is hereby
fixed as the date, time and place for the hearing and deter-
mination by the City Council of said proposal to vacate a
portion of the above referenced to right -of -way.
