Resolution 400RESOLUTION NO. 400 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING A HEARING DATE FOR THE CITY COUNCIL TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT TO VACATE A PORTION OF EXCESS RIGHT -OF -WAY ON 196th STREET EAST OF 80TH AVENUE WEST AND WEST OF 76th AVENUE WEST. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington, proposes to vacate certain property dedicated for street purposes and located in the City of Edmonds, Snohomish County, Washington, being a portion of 196th Street Southwest, east of 80th Avenue West and west of 76th Avenue West, and more particularly described as follows: The South 15 feet of the east 186 feet of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 18, Township 27 North, Range 4 East, W.M.; except the east 66 feet thereof; except the south 30 feet for road. WHEREAS, state law requires that the City Council set by resolution a date for public hearing on such proposed street vacation, now, therefore, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that on Tuesday, the 6th day of June , 1978, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., at the Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, is hereby fixed a as the date, time and place for the hearing and determination by the City Council of said proposal to vacate a portion of the above referenced to right -of -way.
