A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF THE SUM OF $5,000.00 FROM THE COUNCIL CON-
TINGENCY FUND NO. 119 TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVE-
MENT FUND NO. 325 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REHABILI-
TATION OF THE EDMONDS MUSEUM.
WHEREAS, after the adoption of the 1978 budget it
has come to the attention of the City Council that it is
necessary to fund rehabilitation of the Edmonds Museum, and
WHEREAS, said rehabilitation is in the best interest
of the public health, safety and general welfare, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby authorized a transfer of
the sum of $5,000.00 from Council Contingency Fund No. 119
to the Capital Improvement Fund No. 325 for the purpose of
rehabilitation of the Edmonds Museum.
Section 2. The Finance Director is hereby authorized
to make the foregoing transfer and all attendant line item
adjustment necessary to effectuate the purpose of this
Resolution.
