1. CALL TO ORDER/CONVENE IN JURY MEETING ROOM
At 6:30 p.m., the City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Earling in the Council
Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING OR POTENTIAL LITIGATION
PER RCW 42.30.110(1)(I)
The City Council then adjourned to the Jury Meeting Room in executive session to discuss pending
or potential litigation. The executive session concluded at 6:57 p.m.
At 6:57 p.m., the meeting was adjourned.
