WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH-
INGTON proposes to vacate certain property dedicated for
street purposes and located in the City of Edmonds, Snohomish
County, Washington, being a portion of 80th Avenue, West, be-
tween 212th Street, Southwest, and 207th Place, Southwest,
and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto
and incorporated in full by this reference, and,
WHEREAS, state law requires that the City Council set
by Resolution a date for public hearing on such proposed
vacation, now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the 22nd day of
November, 1977, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., at the Edmonds
Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the
date, time and place for the hearing and determination
by the City Council of said proposal to vacate said
property.

the westerly 5 feet of the easterly 10 feet of the south 200 feet of
the north 400 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, plat of Alderwood Manor No. '9, as
recorded in records of Snohomish County, Washington; together Frith,
that portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, T 27 N, R 4 E, W.M., being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the N.E. corner of Lot 13, plat of Robert E. Thomas, 2nd
Addition, as recorded in records of Snohomish County, Washington; thence
southerly along the easterly line of said lot to the SE corner; thence
easterly along the south line of said lot projected easterly 3.0l.feet;
thence north easterly to its intersection with the northerly line of
said lot projected easterly, said intersection being 10.00 feet easterly of
the N.E. corner of said lot; thence westerly along said easterly projection
10.00 feet to the N.E. comer of said lot.and the point of beginning.
