RESOLUTION NO. 360
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF
SIXTY THREE THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS FROM THE
WATER -SEWER FUND NO. 411 TO THE WATER -SEWER
CONSTRUCTION FUND NO. 412 FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF
MONIES USED FOR REMODELLING OF THE PUBLIC WORKS
BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the City Council made provision i
budget for funding of remodelling of the Public
with monies to be expended from the Water -Sewer
Fund No. 412 which funds were to be transferred
Sewer Fund No. 411, and
WHEREAS, said remodelling was commenced in
a the 1975
Works Building
Construction
from the Water -
1975 and the
contract for construction of the same has been completed and
it is now necessary to transfer funds from the Water -Sewer
Fund to the Water -Sewer Construction Fund to cover the cost
of the same, now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby transferred from the Water-
Sewer Fund No. 411 to the Water -Sewer Costruction Fund No. 412
the sum of $63,000.00 to reimburse said fund for monies used
for the remodelling of the Public Works Building as budgeted
in 1975.
Section 2. The Finance Director is hereby instructed to
make the necessary transfer pursuant to Section 1 of this
Resolution.
